Open Door Free Clinic, Inc.
A free health clinic for adults between the ages of 19 and 64 years of age.
Our clients are uninsured or under-insured.
Open Door Free Clinic is located inside Unity Lutheran Church, 1025 E. Oklahoma Ave., (which is between Pine & Clement Avenues) Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
At 4:30 PM names will be chosen by lottery. NO APPOINTMENTS ARE TAKEN. The medical staff sees patients from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Only a limited number of patients can be seen on any given Wednesday evening. No interpreter is available.
Open Door Free Clinic is totally staffed by volunteers. If you would like to give back to the community by serving as a volunteer please call the clinic or visit us on a Wednesday evening to learn more. We are continually in need of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and concerned citizens willing to share their time.
Due to increased services provided to an increasing number of clients/patients served we also need financial support from the community. If you are able to help, please forward your contribution to: G. Seis, Clinic Coordinator at the address shown below. Open Door Free Clinic is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Your contribution may be tax deductible.
