Open Door Free Clinic, Inc.

At 4:30 PM names will be chosen by lottery. NO APPOINTMENTS ARE TAKEN. The medical staff sees patients from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Only a limited number of patients can be seen on any given Wednesday evening. No interpreter is available.

Open Door Free Clinic is totally staffed by volunteers. If you would like to give back to the community by serving as a volunteer please call the clinic or visit us on a Wednesday evening to learn more. We are continually in need of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and concerned citizens willing to share their time.

Because we are providing services to an increasing number of clients/patients served we need financial support from the community. If you are able to help, please forward your contribution to: G. Seis, Clinic Coordinator at the address shown below. Open Door Free Clinic is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Your contribution may be tax deductible.

DUE TO AN EXPANDING SCHEDULE THE CLINIC NEEDS ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEER DOCTORS, NURSES AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS. PLEASE CONSIDER HELPING THE UNINSURED AND UNDER-INSURED MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY. IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE CALL 414-481-1778.

• Spiritual counseling
• Acute and chronic illness management
• Blood pressure screening
• Limited follow up care
• Referral to other community resources
• Limited laboratory screening (upon referral)
  

      Services NOT provided:

• Well child exams     
  
• Immunizations (no flu shots)
  
• Prenatal, obstetric & gynecological services
• Emergency care, suturing or casting
• HIV testing
• STD cultures and treatment
• Contraceptive services
• Pregnancy and abortion counseling
